Paata graduated from the Faculty of Philosophy and Sociology of Tbilisi State University. Since 1997, he has been actively involved in local and international projects in the field of education in the direction of literacy, critical thinking, civic education; Since 2000, he has been creating and leading training programs on the topics of leadership and teamwork, effective communication, organizational culture, training of mentors/trainers, modern management; He has authored and edited articles, guides and collections on the issues of education, organization development, and European research.

Sales and operations management specialist with 20 years of experience in retail, banking and gaming. Archil has experience of working on long-term projects in five countries. Since 2014, he has been actively involved in international consulting projects in the field of business operation and implementation of procedures. From this period until now, he has provided consultations to companies operating in various fields in six countries.
Sociable and pleasant character allows him to connect business and hobby with each other - he is one of the pioneers of extreme sports - rafting and kayaking in Georgia. Besides, he is the founder of "Georgian National Rafting Federation" and "Georgian Canoe National Federation".

Tako graduated Iv. Javakhishvili Tbilisi State University in 2014. She was awarded a bachelor's degree in social sciences, in the direction of general psychology. In 2017, she achieved a master's academic degree with a specialization in psychological assessment/diagnosis and counseling.

She's main activities are related to project coordination, event management, research and management of training and personal competence development programs. As a trainer and co-trainer, she has the experience of conducting team building, effective communication and innovation management trainings with employees of various organizations.
Tako is a certified trainer.

Ketty holds a Master of Arts in Humanities with a focus on Education Policy. She is a bachelor of the Faculty of Social and Political Sciences. In 2008-2014, she attended special training courses on social issues in Great Britain, Italy and Estonia. In 2013, Ketty became a certified mediator (Georgia Mediation Center, Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Poland).
As a trainer, in the last 5 years, she has conducted more than 150 trainings for employees of various public and private organizations on the following topics: effective communication, service standards, conflict management, teamwork, team conflict, training of trainers, personal development program for teenagers, etc.
