Paata graduated from the Faculty of Philosophy and Sociology of Tbilisi State University. Since 1997, he has been actively involved in local and international projects in the field of education in the direction of literacy, critical thinking, civic education;

Since 2000, he has been creating and leading training programs on the topics of leadership and teamwork, effective communication, organizational culture, training of mentors/trainers, modern management; He has authored and edited articles, guides and collections on the issues of education, organization development, and European research.

Sales expert / facilitator

Sales and operations management specialist with 20 years of experience in retail, banking and gaming. Archil has experience of working on long-term projects in five countries.

Since 2014, he has been actively involved in international consulting projects in the field of business operation and implementation of procedures. From this period until now, he has provided consultations to companies operating in various fields in six countries.

Sociable and pleasant character allows him to connect business and hobby with each other - he is one of the pioneers of extreme sports - rafting and kayaking in Georgia. Besides, he is the founder of "Georgian National Rafting Federation" and "Georgian Canoe National Federation".

Tako graduated Iv. Javakhishvili Tbilisi State University in 2014. She was awarded a bachelor's degree in social sciences, in the direction of general psychology. In 2017, she achieved a master's academic degree with a specialization in psychological assessment/diagnosis and counseling.

She's main activities are related to project coordination, event management, research and management of training and personal competence development programs. As a trainer and co-trainer, she has the experience of conducting team building, effective communication and innovation management trainings with employees of various organizations.
Tako is a certified trainer.

Ketty Makharashvili

Ketty Makharashvili holds Lawyers Degree from Tbilisi State University and BA in Political Science from Emory University.

She has over 20 years of professional experience in the field of promoting democratic development, rule of law and good governance in Georgia at EU TRACECA, USAID/Caucasus Mission and UNDP. Ketty Served as the Member of Parliament of Georgia in 2004-2008, was Director of the LEPL Zurab Zhvania School of Public Administration in 2016-2018 and held the position of the Advisor to the President of Georgia on International and Local Organizations, Minority and Gender Issues in 2019-2020. Throughout her career she accumulated over 16 years of experience in gender equality issues.

From 2021 Ketty joined TEAMBOAT Ltd. She is fluent in English and Russian.
