Paata graduated from the Faculty of Philosophy and Sociology of Tbilisi State University. Since 1997, he has been actively involved in local and international projects in the field of education in the direction of literacy, critical thinking, civic education;
Since 2000, he has been creating and leading training programs on the topics of leadership and teamwork, effective communication, organizational culture, training of mentors/trainers, modern management; He has authored and edited articles, guides and collections on the issues of education, organization development, and European research.
